Manisha Korala is one of the most prominent actresses of her time and won the hearts of the people with her prowess in acting. Her on-screen presence and ability to portray emotions convincingly made her a respected actress in the industry. Manisha was diagnosed in 2012, she took underwent treatment for the disease, including surgery and chemotherapy. During her battle with cancer, Manisha showed tremendous courage and resilience, becoming an inspiration for many. Now the actress is back on her acting career, and she wants to slowly take it. Recently she revealed her thoughts on starting a family and embrassing motherhood and also talked about her life changed after battling with caner.
In an interview with Bombay Times, Manisha talks about living her life after winning her battle with cancer, she shared that it changed her life. She will always be grateful to cancer because it changed her for the better. It showed er that her time is limited like everybody else’s time. She is a cancer free now but at the same time she knows that she would have to say goodbye. And thus she started focusing on things she enjoy, spending time with her family and doing quality work. She have a lot on her bucket list.
In the same interview Manisha talked about finding a life partner. She stated that to have a family is a bit late for her. She added that she doesn’t know if having a life partner will make her life is complete. She feels sometimes it would be nicer to have a life partner.
On embracing motherhood, Manisha said that raising a child is a big responsibility and added that the day she would get the confidence to be a single mother, she will do it. However, she kept in her health background and multiple interests don’t allow her to embrace motherhood. if she can sacrifice all that and focus on being a parent, she would love to do that.
