Finally we can say that the Love Aaj Kal (2020) fame Kartik Aaryan is finally getting back to his routine and grind of lights, camera and action and from his recent video post on social media platform through his insta handle, we can see that Kartik starts prepping for Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo hindi remake.
Just last year in 2020 it was officially announced that the super successful 2020 box-office hit Ala Vaikunthapurramaloo which originally starred Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in leading roles, is going to be officially remade in Hindi and in which Kartik was selected as the male lead stepping into Allu Arjun’s shoes where it was also said that Kartik would be reuniting with his Luka Chuppi (2019) co-star Kriti Sanon and the team was going to initially start filming of the movie by June and then now with deadly second wave of COVID 19 cases hitting our country badly in April 2021, those plans have been postponed but finally it feels like Kartik is all set for starting the film and maybe he has given his fans and followers a subtle hint into same as well.
Today, Kartik shared a video on Instagram dancing on the chartbuster from Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Butta Bomma, with choreographers Piyush Bhagat and Shazia Samji. The song, picturised on Allu Arjun and Pooja, became a rage in the South industry on its release and has crossed over 600 million views on YouTube.
In the video, Kartik is totally in his element tapping his foot and grooving to the peppy track and musical chartbuster song and also has officially given a sneak peek of the cool and oomph factor of the song and him in it in this hindi remake which has been bankrolled by noted film, TV and OTT producer Ekta Kapoor in collaboration with Allu Aravind, Aman Gill and S Radha Krishna, who produced the Telugu original. The hindi remake is going to be helmed by Rohit Dhawan and also two days ago, Kartik was snapped by the paparazzi at Rohit Dhawan’s office which is an indication that the preparations for the film are in full swing.
Meanwhile, Kartik has his Netflix film Dhamaka with Neerja (2016) fame noted film maker Ram Madhvani up for a release and he is yet to complete the shoot of Anees Bazmee’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 with Kiara Advani and Tabu.
