John Abraham & Emraan Hashmi Starrer Mumbai Saga To Resume Shoot In Hyderabad

Reports claim that makers of John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi starrer Mumbai Saga will resume shooting with a 12-day schedule in Hyderabad. Read below to know more.

Amid the nationwide lockdown, the whole of the entertainment industry had come to a standstill. Meanwhile, the film and TV shootings will soon resume adhering to the guidelines issued by the government. Amongst the many films that will kick-start their shooting, John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi starrer Mumbai Saga may too resume its shooting in Hyderabad.

After receiving a go-ahead from the Telangana government and following the guidelines by Producers Guild Of India, filmmaker Sanjay Gupta will begin his 12-day shooting schedule in July in Hyderabad. Confirming the same, he revealed that the team will film at Ramoji Film City because they have all the facilities. From the in-house crew to providing the Mumbai team with hotel service and technical staff, it has everything required inside the studio premises that will cut down every safety risks.

The entire cast of the ensemble will be present at Hyderabad for the 10-12 day schedule. Sanjay Gupta said that the wellbeing of the team is of utmost importance. He said that everyone has worked hard positively on the film and is keen to complete the project in order to be able to present it to the audience soon.

Sanjay Gupta said that he was been working on editing from home along with his production team. Sanjay Gupta admits that working with his production team on the editing from home. But, he added that the team needs another four months to complete the film to locking the film’s final print.

Mumbai Saga also features Suniel Shetty, Prateik Babbar, Jackie Shroff, Rohit Roy, and Gulshan Grover alongside John Abraham and Emraan Hashmi.

The film was slated to release on June 19, 2020, but a delay can be expected owing to the fact that a major chunk of the film is yet to be shot.
