Films come and go but there are certain films that stay with us forever. And one such gem that unites the people of this nation is Priyadarshan’s comedy film ‘Hera Pheri’. The conversations around this film can turn strangers into friends. Having a sad day? The trio in the film can really put a smile on your face. And let’s not get started on the memes. This 22-year-old film provides the best meme material. Hera Pheri 3 has been long-awaited. Rumours surface in the media every now and then but vanish like smoke in a few days. But seems like the time has now arrived.

Entertainment portal Bollywood Hungama recently quoted producer Firoz Nadiadwala in their report after they asked him the most burning question- When will Hera Pheri 3 be made?

Firoz said,  “You’ll get to see it very soon with the same star cast – Akshay ji, Paresh bhai and Suniel ji. The story is in place, and we are working on certain modalities. It’ll be made in the same way, retaining the innocence of the characters. We can’t take past achievements for granted. So, we have to be extra careful in terms of our content, story, screenplay, characters, mannerism etc.”

So, we can now say that Hera Pheri 3 is finally happening and with the same star cast i.e. Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal. As soon as the news came out, #HeraPheri3 started trending on Twitter. It’s safe to say that the Internet has officially lost its calm as social media is now flooded with Hera Pheri memes while people express their excitement. Check out a few tweets:
