However, while Shah Rukh is enjoying the success of his film and is busy shooting for his upcoming projects, his wife, renowned interior designer Gauri Khan, is caught up in legal issues. According to recent reports, a complaint has been filed against her.
According to the Times of India, the case against Gauri Khan has been filed under Indian Penal Code Section 409 (criminal breach of trust). Mumbai resident Jaswant Shah has complained to Shah Rukh Khan’s wife, claiming that despite paying 86 lakh rupees for a flat, the company for whom Gauri serves as brand ambassador has not given him possession. According to reports, the apartment is situated in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City’s Tulsiyani Gold View. According to sources, Anil Kumar, the chief MD of Tulsiyani Construction, and Mahesh Tulsiyani, the director, have both been named in the FIR. According to rumors, Jaswant Shah bought this home after being persuaded by Gauri, who serves as its brand ambassador.
Gauri Khan is a well-known celebrity designer, which is not a secret.
