Next in the pipeline, Parineeti Chopra has Code Name: Tiranaga which is slated to release on the 14th of October 2022. All of us had a childhood dream and many of us fulfilled it, similarly, Parineeti Chopra too had one. Interestingly, Pari who is a successful actress now didn’t dream of becoming an actor. Her childhood dream is different than others, while growing up she wished to be an agent for the country.
As a child, Parineeti wished to be an agent for India and she is thrilled that her childhood wish has come true on screen. She will be playing a RAW agent in her upcoming film Code Name: Tiranga. In the nationalist actioner, she is on a mission for the nation’s pride. The action-packed film also stars Punjabi singer Harrdy Sandhu. The movie is a story of a spy on an unfaltering and fearless mission for her nation in a race against time where sacrifice is her only choice.
Talking about fulfilling her childhood wish on screen, Pari said, “Talking about firsts, I also play an agent for the first time on screen. Growing up, I fantasized being an agent for my country and protecting it with all my heart. I used to carry a toy gun and pretend that I’m the best agent in service of India. So, I’m also getting to fulfill my childhood dream in Code Name Tiranga.”
Pari added, “I felt the same rush that I felt as a debutant while prepping for the film and on the set every single day because of this. I’m really happy that people are loving our teaser and I hope that they love our trailer too!”
Code Name: Tiranga is helmed by Ribhu Dasgupta and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Reliance Entertainment, Film Hangar, and Vivek B. Agrawal. The actioner is presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series Film, and Reliance Entertainment. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters on 14th October 2022.
On the work front, Parineeti will be next seen in Uunchai, alongside Anupam Kher, Amitabh Bachchan, and Boman Irani. In the kitty, she also has Capsule Gill opposite her Kesari co-star Akshay Kumar.
