Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s much-awaited film Brahmastra has been making quite some buzz recently. With the recent reveals of the various characters from the film, Ayan Mukerji has made one major addition to the film which is Chiranjeevi. As the megastar will now be giving his voice for the film in the Telugu trailer of the film.
Chiranjeevi Lends His Voice For Brahmastra
Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi is to lend his voice for the Telugu trailer. Sharing the trailer dubbing video of Chiranjeevi, Ayan Mukerji wrote in a post, “I have met Chiranjeevi Garu on just two occasions – once with Ranbir when we asked him to lend his voice for Brahmāstra in Telugu, and once when we recorded his iconic voice a few days ago – but the feeling he has left me with, will last forever. A Mega Star with Magic Energy – He made me feel so warm and so welcome, and was so positive about Brahmāstra – I cherish deeply having had the privilege to have met him on this journey ! With utmost respect (and excitement)… I feel honoured to share that Chiranjeevi Garu is lending his Voice to our movie, and our Trailer in Telugu. To be in the Dub Studio with him, and to listen to his voice on our Trailer – will be one of my favourite memories on Brahmāstra!”.
In the video, Chiranjeevi could be seen in a dubbing studio recording for the Telugu version of the trailer. Towards the end of the video, Ayan comes into the studio and touches the veteran actor’s feet as a mark of respect. Brahmastra producer Karan Johar also shared the video and wrote, “Welcome to Team Brahmastra, Chiranjeevi Sir! So grateful and honoured to have you lend your voice to the Telugu version of the film. Making this family only stronger with your boundless talent and grandeur! Watch out for his great rendition of our Trailer in the Telugu version, out on June 15th! #Brahmastra“.
While the makers have recently shared the avatars of Nagarjuna and Amitabh Bachchan from the film. On Saturday Ayan Mukerji shared the look of Nagarjuna and wrote, “ARTIST ANISH & HIS NANDI ASTRA. When I grow up (finally), I would want to be like Nagarjuna Garu (Nag Sir, to me) – A gentleman with the warmest of hearts!! He entered the world of Brahmāstra and gave his fierce intensity to our movie; touched our entire crew with his kindness and generosity; and greatly added to our dream – of creating a truly pan-India movie experience with Brahmāstra! His Nandi Astra, in my opinion, is one of the highlights of our movie! Some of that, in our Trailer on June 15th!!”.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji, Brahmastra Part One: Shiva will be the first part of a three-part epic trilogy. Nagarjuna plays the role of an archaeologist in the film, it will star Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles of Shiva and Isha, respectively. Besides them, it also has Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in key roles.
