MAHARAJA (1998) is amongst some popular supernatural-thriller films ever made in Bollywood. Directed by the Gadar director Anil Sharma, the movie stars industries’ Chichi Bhaiya – Govinda & the Dil Se girl Manisha Koirala in lead roles. The Nadeem-Shravan musical venture with numerous hit songs also featured Raj Babbar, Salim Ghosh, Shakti Kapoor, Aruna Irani, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Mac Mohan, Prem chopra, Shubha Khote & others in pivotal parts.

In the video, Govinda is seen riding a horse like a heroic king in lush green fields while Manisha Koirala is spotted singing the song in fully flattery romantic style for her lover. The movie set is filled with the buzz & creativity of celluloid and filmmaker Anil Sharma has taken the charge of showcasing some fairy-tale theme beautiful shots for the track; as he dons the director’s hat.

While getting candid on the sets, Govinda revealed that the actor has always been a great fan of Dharmendra since childhood & also shared that Dilip Kumar’s Kohinoor was amongst his top favourite films & a reason for the actor to star in larger than life fantasy films. Chichi Bhaiya credited the director Anil Sharma & producer Narayan Das Makhija for creating such a mind-boggling film at a larger than life canvas just like cult-classics including Dharam-Veer, Kohinoor & some masterpieces by Manmohan Desai.
