Bobby Deol Had A “Kissing” Scene With Ranbir In Animal! Netflix Uncut Version To Include The Scene

In a recent interview Bobby Deol revealed that he had a "kissing" scene with Ranbir Kapoor in Animal which might be featured in the Netflix uncut version of the movie.

Ever since its theatrical release, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Animal has been creating waves on the internet. Whether it’s for the intimate n*de scenes or the over-the-top action scenes the film had managed to grab the headlines every now and then. And yet again, the film has again managed to attract the attention of the netizens, after Bobby Deol made a shocking revelation stating that he had a “kissing” scene with Ranbir Kapoor in the film which was deleted by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.

Speaking to The Quint, Bobby Deol revealed that his character Brar and Ranbir Kapoor’s character Ranvijay were supposed to share a “kiss” in the climax scene but the director Sandeep removed it and the scene didn’t go over in theatres.

He said, “There are these two brothers, they want to kill each other, but there’s a love that they have for each other. I’m going to shoot the climax sequence with a song playing in the background, which is about love.”

Bobby-Ranbir Kissing Scene To Be Featured In Netflix Uncut Version

Bobby also revealed that the scene might be featured in the “uncut” version that will stream on OTT platform Netflix, which is expected to be longer than the film’s theatrical run time. He added, “You’re fighting, and you suddenly kiss him, and then you don’t give up, and he kills you. But he removed the kiss. There was a kiss. I think it might come on the uncut Netflix version. After saying all this, he said, You’re mute”.

Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga Animal is an action drama Pan Indian film featuring Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role alongside Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead. Apart from them, the film features Bobby Deol as the main antagonist and Anil Kapoor as Ranbir’s father. The film also features Tripti Dimri in a significant role while the sequel of the film will feature Ranbir in “double roles”.
