Bade Miyan Chote Miyan Box Office Collection Day 2: Film Drops Significantly, Crosses 30Cr Mark Worldwide

Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan witnessed a massive drop at the box office on Friday.

Featuring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in prominent roles, the film initially garnered a blend of reviews from both critics and audiences. Despite its mixed reception, the movie had a strong opening at the box office. However, following its promising start, it experienced a significant decline in ticket sales on Friday.

As per Sacnilk, Ali Abbas Zafar’s directorial, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” earned approx. ₹ 15.65 Cr on its opening day. While the first-day earnings were relatively strong, the film’s box office debut fell short of expectations, especially considering its release during Eid.

After its moderate opening, the film experienced a significant decline in box office revenue on Friday. Dropping from 15Cr, it plummeted to single digits, earning just ₹ 7.00 Cr on its second day. Starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” now stands at a domestic total of approx. ₹ 22.65 Cr and a worldwide total of approx. 36.33 crores.

The film is expected to see further growth during the upcoming weekend (Saturday-Sunday), if all goes well the action-thriller can cross the 40-50Cr mark globally by the end of the weekend.

Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, the film revolves around a group of elite soldiers teaming up to retrieve a stolen weapon from a masked madman who seeks to destroy India. The action-thriller stars Akshay Kumar, and Tiger Shroff in the lead roles alongside Manushi Chhillar and Alaya F as female leads and South actor Prithviraj Sukumaran as the main antagonist (villain). Apart from them the film also stars Sonakshi Sinha and Ronit Roy in significant roles. The film was released in theatres on 11 April alongside Ajay Devgn’s film, “Maidaan”.
