Anurag Kashyap Shares Pic With Ex-Wives Kalki & Aarti Bajaj
Bollywood filmmaker and director Anurag Kashyap is currently awaiting the release of his upcoming film Dobaaraa with actress Taapsee Pannu. On Tuesday, Anurag shared a picture from the special screening of his upcoming film, Dobaaraa with his ex-wives Kalki Koechlin and Aarti Bajaj as he called them his two pillars.
Sharing the photo on his social media account, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap wrote, “My two pillars.” Reacting to the picture Anurag’s daughter, Aaliyah Kashyap wrote, “Iconic.” Actor Kubbra Sait called it “Best.” While the fans also had quite similar reactions, a user wrote, “Modern family for real.” Complimenting Anurag, one wrote, “Happy go lucky man.”
Anurag Kashyap And His Ex-Wives Aarti Bajaj & Kalki Koechlin
Anurag Kashyap’s first wife, Aarti Bajaj is a film editor, the two dated each other for over nine years, soon after which the two decided to tie the knot in 2003. The duo welcomed their first kid Aaliyah in 2001. Unfortunately, they decided to separate their ways in the year 2009.
Meanwhile, Kalki Koechlin who is the second wife of the filmmaker is a Bollywood actress, Kalki made her debut in the industry in the year 2009 as she rose to fame with her first film, Dev D which also starred Abhay Deol in the lead. Kalki and Anurag met each other on the sets of Kalki’s debut film Dev D. In 2011 the two decided to tie the knots but their relationship didn’t work out either and so they split up in 2015. Kalki is now dating Guy Hershberg, the two welcomed their daughter Sappho in 2020.
Dobaaraa Screening
The screening of the Taapsee Pannu starrer film Dobaaraa was held in Mumbai on Tuesday. Many b-town celebrities graced the event including Rakul Preet Singh, Jacky Bhagnani, Alaya F, Kubbra Sait, Anushka Ranjan, Akansha Ranjan, Karishma Sharma, and Shama Sikander among many others.

Dobaaraa is a time travel thriller with a unique concept directed by Anurag Kashyap with Taapsee Pannu in the lead. The duo collaborates for the third time after the 2018 hit Manmarziyaa and the 2019 biographical drama Saand Ki Aankh. It is a unique story of time travel and has been screened at London Film Festival & Fantasia Film Festival 2022. It is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Cult Movies which is a new wing of Balaji Telefilms. The movie is arriving in theaters on 19th August 2022.
