Ananya Panday who debuted in Bollywood with Punit Malhotra’s Student of the year 2 co-alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria is now gearing up for the release of her upcoming film Pati Patni Aur Woh co-starring Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. The trailer for her film just dropped and Ananya is seen playing the role of ‘Woh’ while Kartik and Bhumi are married in the film.
In her recent interview for a magazine, she revealed how when she isn’t filming she loves to watch Bigg Boss and Splitsville. She though admitted that like any millennial, watched Friends and Gossip Girls but she revealed that she can re-watch them just about any time. She said, “I can re-watch episodes of Gossip Girl or Friends.” On being asked if she watches Indian reality shows she said that the reality shows in India are her guilty pleasure. She shared, “Reality shows like Bigg Boss or Splitsvilla are my guilty pleasures.”
Ananya also revealed how she is a filmy child and she grew up watching films like Shah Rukh Khan’s Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. On the work front, after Pati Patni Aur Woh, Ananya will begin filming for her upcoming film, where she will be seen romancing Ishaan Khatter in Khaali Peeli. The shooting for Khaali Peeli has already commenced in Mumbai and the film is said to hit theatres by June 2020.
