This Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan starrer film which had been helmed by noted film maker Shashank Khaitan, completed four years of its release today as it had hit the theatre screens on 10th March 2017 and was a superhit film which was a sequel to Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania (2014) and making this day more special and memorable, even home quarantining herself didn’t dim her spirits as Alia Varun mark 4 years of Badrinath Ki Dulhania on video call.

Taking to instagram stories, Alia shared pictures with Shashank and Varun as they celebrated via video call and to create more intriguing suspense for fans and pique their interests, both Varun Alia soon got engaged in fun quiz math banter with each other.
Alia making the first post on her insta story, tagged Varun Dhawan and Shashank Khaitan in it and also put up a math related problem in it asking Varun to share what the interest is. Alia shared a picture which read, “if P=80, R= 5, T=1, toh simple interest kaise calculate karte hai?”. Reposting this picture shared by Alia, Varun shared on his story, “toh simple interest is 4”. Then Alia shared a gif picture of herself clapping, and asked, “aur compound interest??”.
Then director Shashank Khaitan sharing this same post on his story with a gif image of both Alia and Varun clapping, wrote, “Guysss it’s 4!!! Like 4 years of Badri!!!”.
In the end, the Gully Boy (2019) fame stellar actress Alia Bhatt shared a picture featuring Varun, Shashank and herself which was a screenshot from the video call chat that the trio had today. Sharing this adorable picture, Alia wrote, “Here we are 4 years later secretly discussing part 3! Love you guys! Happy 4 years to us!”.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday itself it was being speculated by media reports that even Alia Bhatt might have contracted the COVID 19 virus after beau Ranbir Kapoor and director Sanjay Leela Bhansali got tested COVID positive for it and the reports also mentioned about how quickly Alia went into home quarantine and also isolated herself after taking the test and she tested negative for it and in her picture today, we see her looking all hale and hearty whilst in quarantine.
