During his appearance on Neha Dhupia’s radio chat show No Filter Neha season 2, Ranveer made this confession. The Simmba actor told Neha that during his college days, his girlfriend broke up with him to be with Aditya. However, now Aditya Roy Kapur has refuted the allegations of stealing Ranveer Singh’s girlfriend.
In his recent interaction with Mumbai Mirror, Aditya Roy Kapur spilled the beans on the allegations of stealing Ranveer Singh’s girlfriend during their college days. The Fitoor actor said that he started dating the girl 8 months after her and Ranveer’s breakup.
Furthermore, the Aashiqui 2 actor said that Ranveer was being overdramatic while sharing the story of heartbreak. Clarifying himself, Aditya said, “Maybe, I didn’t know how he felt. Only around eight months after that, did I start seeing her.”
In 2017, Ranveer Singh had claimed that Aditya was every girl’s fantasy in junior college. He went on to add that the girl he was crazy about that time is now married with a kid. Ranveer also confessed that he was mad about her.
The Gully Boy actor said, “It was a good 4-5 years that I was crazy over her. And then she finally broke up with me. It was in order to move onto a certain Aditya Roy Kapur.”
As of today, Ranveer Singh has found his happily ever after with actress Deepika Padukone. They both tied the knot in Italy on November 14, 2018.
Speaking of Aditya Roy Kapur, he last shared the screen space with Alia Bhatt in Sadak 2. The film also featured Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt.
