Action superstar Sunny Deol recently brought a storm at the box office with his mass entertainer film Gadar 2. The film directed by Anil Sharma is a sequel to his 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. With the success of Gadar 2, it became evident that the Sunny Deol’s stardom isn’t over yet. And therefore, Aamir Khan has reportedly signed him for an action film.
As per a report by Pinkvilla, Aamir Khan has inked a two-film deal with renowned director Rajkumar Santoshi. For one of the films, Aamir Khan will join as lead actor, while for the other film, he will don the producer’s hat. According to the report of the portal, Sunny Deol will feature in the action packed film directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. The trio is gearing up to start shooting around December or January 2024, and an official announcement is expected on October 19, which happens to be Sunny Deol’s 66th birthday.
Well, it’s quite a good news for the fans of the trio. Aamir Khan took a sabbatical from films after his last release Laal Singh Chaddha tanked at the box office. Taking a break from work, Aamir decided to spend time with his family, which he regrets didn’t do throughtout his career.
