On Thursday night, a short apology video was shared on the social media handle of Aamir Khan’s productions. The short video started with the words ‘Michami Dukkadam’ (forgiveness), followed by a voice that said, “Hum sab insan hai aur galtiya humse hi hoti hai…kabhi bol se…kabhi harkato se…kabhi anjaane mein…kabhi gusse mein, kabhi mazak mein…Kabhi nahi baat karne se…agar main kisi bhi kisi bhi tarah se aapka dil duhakya ho…toh mann vachan kaya se sama mangte hoo (All of us are human beings and we only make mistakes. Sometimes through our words and sometimes by our actions, at times jokingly, we do it unintentionally, even at times when we are angry and also through the times when we don’t speak. Reacting to the video many netizens dropped their reactions, a user wrote, “It’s not like that sir…. It’s just some misunderstandings on some very critical topics…. Please dont feel like that… I know how U are feeling right now… I just want to let you know you are worth alot…! Never give up!” another wrote, “We love you Aamir Sahab you will come back stronger,”. While many netizens were seen guessing that the actors’ social media page was hacked as the video was pulled from the page just hours after it was shared. However, the video is now again shared on the Instagram page.
Aamir Khan To Not Charge Any Money For His Film Laal Singh Chaddha
A source quoted to Bollywood Hungama and stated that if Aamir Khan would take his fees, then the producers might have suffered a loss of over Rs 100 crores. So, the actor has decided to let go of his remuneration to share the load with producers. The source said, “If Aamir Khan decides to charge his acting fees, Viacom 18 Studios would have entailed losses of nearly Rs. 100 crores. However, that loss is something that Aamir Khan has decided to absorb himself. Now, the producer will lose a little money.”
The source further added, “He gave four years to the film but has not made a single penny from it. His opportunity cost on Laal Singh Chaddha is upwards of Rs 100 crores, but he has decided to absorb all the losses taking the complete blame of failure on himself.”

Laal Singh Chaddha is the remake of the American movie Forrest Gump. It features Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Mona Singh, and Naga Chaitanya in the lead roles. It is directed by Advait Chandan. The film is jointly produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18. Laal Singh Chaddha was released in theatres on 11 August and clashed with Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan. One major reason for Laal Singh Chaddha‘s failure is the boycott trend amongst the Hindi audience.
