Charlize Theron is the latest big name to join Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film for Universal Pictures. Known for her versatile performances, Theron will star alongside a stellar cast that includes Matt Damon, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Zendaya, Lupita Nyong’o, and Robert Pattinson. Following the massive success of Oppenheimer, which grossed over $976 million worldwide and earned multiple Oscars, Christopher Nolan is collaborating with Universal once again. While the plot of this new project remains tightly under wraps, sources suggest that Damon, Holland, Hathaway and Pattinson will play key roles with Zendaya and Nyong’o in supporting parts.
Nolan will direct the film from his own script, with production under the Syncopy banner alongside his producing partner and wife, Emma Thomas. Universal has also confirmed a dedicated rollout in IMAX auditoriums, hinting at the visual spectacle Nolan is known for.
