The popular television reality show Bigg Boss 17 is currently in its second week. After “no elimination” in the first week, actress Soniya Bansal who was nominated this week, has reportedly been evicted from the show. Many reports confirmed that the actress was evicted during this weekend ka vaar.
As per the Twitter handle Bigg Boss Tak, the members of Bigg Boss 17 were given the power to choose and save someone between Soniya Bansal and Sana Raees Khan. During the task majority of the contestants and housemates chose to save Sana Raees Khan and Soniya Bansal ultimately got evicted from the show.
Sharing the update the Bigg Boss Tak wrote, “EXCLUSIVE & CONFIRMED! FIRST on #BiggBoss_Tak Soniya Bansal becomes the first contestant to get EVICTED from the Bigg Boss 17 house. The contestants had to decide between Soniya and Sana. And most of the contestants saved Sana Khan and voted for Soniya for elimination. Your reaction to Soniya getting evicted from the show?”.

Meanwhile, for the unversed, there was no elimination during the first week. For the second week’s elimination, a total of 6 contestants were nominated for eviction including Khanzaadi aka Feroza Khan, Aishwarya Sharma, Neil Bhatt, Soniya Bansal, Sunny Arya, and Sana Raees Khan.
Who Is Soniya Bansal?
For the unversed, Soniya Bansal is a fashion model and actress hailing from the state of Uttar Pradesh. The actress made her Bollywood debut with the film “Game 100 Crore Ka“, which also featured Rahul Roy and Shakti Kapoor. She has also featured in several music videos.
About Bigg Boss 17
The 17th season of the reality show Bigg Boss will air exclusively on Colors TV and Jio Cinema. The timings of the show will remain the same, the episodes will be broadcast at 10 PM from Monday to Friday. The weekend episodes will go on air at 9 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
