Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has created a place for herself in the hearts of the audience with her powerful acting and charismatic appearance. But when it is about her kids, there is nearly no sense of excitement among the children to be an actor.
During a recent panel at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, the actress shared that while none of her children are looking to follow in her famous footsteps with acting, the 18-year-old daughter Shiloh is “extremely private.” “They really don’t like any of the celebrity parts of it, especially Shiloh hates it,” Jolie said in the panel.

The Maria actress Angelina Jolie went on to explain that her children being distant to the spotlight was not from her influence. She said, “That’s not my doing,” she said. “I always wanted them to be around film because … it’s such a wonderful family, to be creative, to be an artist … They’re not interested.” However, she also shared that it didn’t mean her children Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Vivienne, haven’t connected with the art of film in their own ways.
She claimed that they have definitely been on the sets with her, but none of them ever gained interest in being a hollywood star themselves. “Some of them dance, some of them paint, some of them love theater, but none of them are dying to be on screen,” Angelina quoted.
Although Angelina Jolie addresses it as a thing about all of her kids, it seemed that the younger daughter Shiloh is the least bothered with the limelight among all six children. Some of the kids have worked behind the scenes on their mom’s projects. The actress’ two eldest sons, Maddox and Pax, have previously been seen working together on the sets of “Maria” — with Pax doing additional photography on the set. Jolie also collaborated with daughter Vivienne on the Broadway production of “The Outsiders.”
