Drishyam: The Conclusion Trailer has been launched today in Goa, with Ajay Devgn returning as Vijay Salgaonkar. Jaideep Ahlawat joins as an SP officer chasing old family secrets. The film releases on October 2, 2026.
Drishyam The Conclusion trailer: In the 2015 film Drishyam, Ajay Devgn played Vijay Salgaonkar, who decided to take it upon himself to save his family after they murdered a teenage boy who was harassing his teenage daughter. Over a decade later, Vijay is still trying to save his family. But now, it looks like he might have run out of ways to distract the cops. The trailer for Drishyam: The Conclusion dropped on Wednesday, September 9, and it appears that Vijay and his family are out of ways and will probably not be able to save themselves from the many law enforcement officials who have been poking holes in his story in the previous two installments of the franchise.
Drishyam: The Conclusion is directed by Abhishek Pathak, who also helmed Drishyam 2 in 2022; the film brings back Ajay Devgn as Vijay Salgaonkar, the unassuming family man whose intelligence and resolve have kept his family shielded from the law across two previous installments. He is joined once again by Tabu, Shriya Saran, Ishita Dutta, and Rajat Kapoor, alongside a powerful new addition to the cast — Jaideep Ahlawat, who plays SP Crime Branch officer Rajveer Singh Tomar.
Running just under three minutes, the trailer sets up a tense, high-stakes confrontation. Rajveer Singh Tomar emerges as a formidable adversary, determined to dig up the secrets Vijay has spent years burying. As old wounds resurface and new questions arise around the Salgaonkar family, Vijay finds himself once again forced to stay several steps ahead of the investigation closing in around him.
Notably, the makers have confirmed that this Hindi installment charts an entirely new story with a fresh screenplay, distinct from the Malayalam original — meaning long-time fans of the franchise can expect unfamiliar territory even as familiar faces return.
The trailer launch event brought together the film’s core cast, including Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Mrunal Jadhav, along with director-writer-producer Abhishek Pathak. Also present were producer and JioStar’s Head of Hindi & English Entertainment Alok Jain, Star Studio18’s Head Ajit Andhare, and producer Kumar Mangat.
Drishyam: The Conclusion is set to release in theatres on October 2, 2026, coinciding with the Gandhi Jayanti holiday. The film is presented by Star Studio18 and produced by Panorama Studios, with Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak on production duties.
With its intense trailer and returning ensemble cast, Drishyam: The Conclusion looks set to bring the Hindi franchise’s long-running saga to a dramatic close.
