Yes, it’s true! A source confirmed that Shivam Khajuria is out as Rohit in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and has been replaced by Romit Raaj, who has already started filming. The reason for Shivam’s exit is still unknown.
The source stated, “Shivam Khajuria, who played the role of Rohit in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, is no longer a part of the show. He has been replaced by actor Romit Raaj, The new member has already started shooting for the Rajan Shahi show. The reason behind Shivam’s exit is still unknown.”
Shivam Khajuria On Getting Replaced In YRKKH
In an interview with Times Now, Shivam Khajuria confirmed he was aware of the replacement and that the production house kept him informed. He expressed plans to return with a new project, saying, “Rajan Sir has planned something good for me. I am going to miss my character, Rohit. I just wish people would give the same amount of love to the new actor as they did to me. I will soon give you all good news.”
For those who don’t know, a few months back, Rajan Shahi removed Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe from the show, replacing them with Rohit Purohit and Garvita Sadhwani as Armaan and Ruhi, respectively.
