Tripti Dimri is setting bars for the existing bollywood stars with her enigmatic charm and overall screen performance in the industry. The Laila-Majnu actress who turned out to be a national crush of Bollywood, recently opened up about her experience in the industry as she rose to fame immediately after working in Animal. The actress who is busy in her upcoming film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video gave her debut podcast at The Ranveer Show, where she talked about the pre-Animal phase and post-Animal phase.
Tripti revealed that she cried post Animal upon seeing the hate comments and mixed reactions circling the internet. She said that while doing films like Laila Majnu, Bulbul and Qala – her comments section were always filled with positive feedbacks. However, after the actress came with the film Animal, she saw people criticizing her for the first time. It was all a new thing for her. Tripti Dimri said, “Animal Ke baad 2-3 din tak toh I was crying. Dimag Kharab hogaya tha ki kya likh rahe hai log. You know how nasty people can get” She added that she felt better only after talking it out with her sister who told her to just own whatever is coming to her. She motivated her saying that Triptii Dimri should be acountable of what role she has performed.
Tripti Dimri also said that working with Ranbir Kapoor in Animal made her feel very comfortable and hailed his calmness while shooting. Director Sandeep Reddy was also very supportive on sets of Animal, the actress revealed.
