It is been nearly five months after Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden demise. The Kai Po Che actor died of suicide on June 14, 2020. Following the tragic death, there have been speculations regarding the actor’s death being murder or suicide. In an interview, SSR’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty had asserted that she didn’t meet the actor after June 8, 2020. Now, the latest reports suggest that Siddharth Pithani also has reportedly spilled the beans on Rhea Chakraborty meeting SSR the night before his demise.
According to some reports, Sushant Singh Rajput met the Jalebi actress on the night of June 13. The question was then tossed and turned by the actor’s sister, Shweta Singh Kirti. The late actor’s sister demanded an answer to this question from Rhea.
However, now Siddharth Pithani has allegedly confirmed that Rhea Chakraborty didn’t meet SSR the night before his demise.
This alleged statement by Pithani of Rhea Chakraborty not meeting SSR has brought in another twist in the already complex Sushant Singh Rajput case.
As of now, the CBI is probing the case from every angle possible. The CBI officials are leaving no stone unturned in the SSR case. There was a recreation of the crime scene in Sushant’s Bandra apartment where his dead body was found.
The recreation of the crime scene was reportedly done in the presence of an AIIMS forensic team to rule out any foul play in the case.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), is also currently looking into the drug conspiracy angle involved in the case. After the interrogation, Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty and a few others are in judicial custody.
Rhea Chakraborty was arrested by the NCB after she confessed to procuring drugs.
The NCB is now on hunt to burst the alleged drug nexus in the Bollywood industry.
