Horror comedy Stree 2 which has taken over all the buzz for a month and more is finally out in theatres now! While the reviews from the audience come crisp and clear, another shocking record of the cinema industry. Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree 2 breaks huge records and has finally transcended the record of Chennai Express- the 2013 Shahrukh-Deepika movie in paid previews.
Reportedly, Stree 2 earned around 8.0-8.50 crores in paid previews, surpassing the previously set record of 2013 in Chennai Express. The Shahrukh Khan-led comedy-love drama continued to stay at the top for 11 long years with a collection of Rs.6.0 crores. Now this record has been broken by the Bollywood actress.

Since 2013, no other movie, including Khan’s own Pathaan, and Jawaan, could cross the mark of Chennai Express.
