In recent reports, it was indicated that Yash is contemplating portraying the character of Lord Hanuman in Prasanth Varma’s upcoming film, Jai Hanuman. This movie serves as a sequel to HanuMan, starring Teja Sajja, which premiered this Sankranthi and is presently screening in cinemas. However, Yash’s team refuted these assertions in an interview with India Today.
A source from Yash’s team has refuted the rumors about the actor playing the role of lord Hanuman in the sequel of the film, Hanuman. The source called all the rumors “fake” and “baseless”. The source told the portal, “There is no truth to the reports, he is not considering any such role. Rocking Star Yash puts a lot of time and consideration into each film he chooses to do, and right now he is completely consumed with Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups.”
Yash To Play Ravan In Ramayana
Apart from the Hanuman sequel, Yash is also rumored to have been cast for Nitesh Tiwari’s film, Ramayana. Reportedly, Yash has agreed to portray the character of Ravan in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. Despite previous rumors last year indicating his rejection of the role, ongoing reports persist that he is now involved in the project. The film is also rumored to feature Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita. However, neither the film’s team nor the actors have officially confirmed these details.
Yash’s Upcoming Films
After his portrayal of Rocky Bhai in Prashanth Neel’s KGF: Chapter 2, Yash’s next project is the Kannada film Toxic, scheduled for release in April next year. Serving as both actor and co-producer for Toxic under his banner Monster Mind Creations alongside KVN Productions, the announcement video of the film has sparked considerable interest.
