The initial preview of the film ‘Ramayana’, directed by director Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, was revealed on Thursday. It shows Ranbir Kapoor in the role of Lord Ram and Yash portraying Ravana. The footage described the conflict between Ram and Ravana as “the war to end all wars”. ‘Ramayana’ is set to premiere in cinemas on Diwali 2026.

The preview video commenced with images of Lord Brahma, Lord Vishnu, and Lord Shiva, describing the conflict between Ram and Ravana as “the war to end all wars.” Additionally, the video provided glimpses of Ranbir drawing an arrow from his bow as Lord Ram, while Ravana set forth on his mission to bring destruction to the world.
