Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala was shot dead by unidentified assailants at Jawaharke in Mansa district on Sunday evening. The singer was soon taken to the civil hospital in Mansa where he was declared dead. A few hours after the incident, a Canada-based gangster Goldi Brar, a close aide of the Lawrence Bishnoi took responsibility for the singer’s murder.
While in a recent video on social media, a large group of people has gathered at the singer’s haveli in Mansa, Punjab for his last rites. In the video, a large gathering could be seen at his residence in Mansa, to grieve the late singer, soon the last rites for the singer will be performed in the presence of his family and friends.
According to the reports, The Punjab DGP said he still had a security cover comprising two police commandos but he didn’t take them along with him. “The Lawrence Bishnoi gang is involved in this murder. Lucky, a member of the gang has taken responsibility from Canada. He (Moose Wala) had four commandos from Punjab police out of which two were withdrawn. He didn’t take the remaining two commandos with him,”. Police claim eight assailants had attacked Moosewala. Bullets from three AK- 94 rifles have been found at the crime spot.
