Back in time after the separation, speculations about the couple’s breakup circulated. One of the rumours suggested that Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya had conflicting views on having children. Some reports claimed that Samantha wanted to focus on her career, while Chaitanya was eager to start a family. Additionally, there were also rumours during the pandemic that Samantha faced pressure from the Akkineni family to plan for a child.

Later in the conversation, Rana Daggubati lightened the mood by joking, asking Naga Chaitanya if he meant having “four or two kids like Venky Mama”. Chaitanya responded with a laugh, “Ah, Venky Mama laga kaadhu (Not like Venky Uncle)” and both laughed it off.
