Comedian Munawar Faruqui who appeared in Kangana Ranaut’s show, Lock Upp is now reported to have been the first confirmed contestant of the 17th season of the reality television show, Bigg Boss. After winning show Lock Upp the standup comedian will next be seen in Bigg Boss 17.
As per a tweet of Bigg Boss Tak, Lock Upp winner Munawar Faruqui has been confirmed to be a part of Bigg Boss 17. The tweet read, “BREAKING!! Comedian and Lock Upp winner, Munawar Faruqui is said to be a confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss 17. As per the source, he has given his NOD to participate in the show. The deal finalized at the last moment.”
Apart from this, Bigg Boss ex-contestant and actor Aly Goni also hinted at Munawar Faruqui’s participation in Bigg Boss 17. Taking to twitter, Aly Goni tweeted, “Finally someone my fav in bb17 so excited for him and I m sureeee he is gonna kill it and how”. Reacting to his tweet many netizens claimed that the actor was hinting at Munawar’s participation in Bigg Boss 17.
Apart from the tweet, the buzz is going around Munawar Faruqui’s participation in the show, Bigg Boss 17. Talking about his participation in Bigg Boss 17 a user tweeted, “Am not excited for popular names because it will definitely destroy the enthusiasm of the game….his fan following is quite high so it’s confirmed that if he will enter then he will be finalist for sure without doing anything…”
