A recent buzz suggested that Mrunal Thakur and Prabhas would star together in a high-profile film directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. Mrunal Thakur, known for her impressive performances in Tollywood hits like Sita Ramam, Hi Nanna and The Family Star addressed the rumours with a playful yet clear statement, dispelling the speculation about her collaboration with Prabhas.
Mrunal Thakur commented under a social media post from a media outlet, saying, “Sorry to be a vibe killer! Buttttt I’m not a part of this film.” This response, shared with her trademark charm, quickly gained traction online.
The film tentatively titled Fauzi, is backed by Mythri Movie Makers and the question now arises about who will star alongside Prabhas if not Mrunal Thakur. Despite the rumours, Mrunal Thakur and Prabhas will not be pairing up for this project.

Mrunal Thakur has carved a niche for herself in South Indian cinema, transitioning from a Bollywood actress to a beloved figure in Tollywood. Her forthcoming projects include Son of Sardar 2, Pooja Meri Jaan, and Hai Jawaani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. She also made a cameo in Prabhas’ recent blockbuster, Kalki 2898 AD, which has performed exceptionally well at the box office.
On the other hand, Prabhas has a busy slate with multiple films in the pipeline, including Hanu Raghavapudi’s directorial, The Raja Saab, Spirit, and sequels to Salaar and Kalki 2898 AD. As both actors continue to pursue diverse and exciting projects, fans will have to stay tuned for updates on their future collaborations.
