When asked how she feels about Priyanka’s marriage to Nick Jonas, Madhu Chopra responded, “I love him.” Addressing the age difference, she firmly stated that it was never an issue for her. She explained that she had a friend who was 15 years older than her husband, and they have been happily married for 35 years. “Age is just a number in people’s heads who want to make an issue out of it. Dil milne chahiye, dimag milne chahiye (Hearts should meet, minds should meet),” she added.
Her Thoughts on Parineeti Chopra’s Marriage
During the conversation, Madhu Chopra was also asked about Parineeti Chopra’s marriage to politician Raghav Chadha in September 2023. Reacting to this she said, “She has not married a politician, she got married to a wonderful guy… who happens to be a politician.”
Her response highlighted that for her, the person matters more than their profession emphasizing the importance of love and compatibility in a relationship.
