Renowned Indian singer Lucky Ali recently turned to his social media confessing what it feels like to be a Muslim in today’s world. He says that it is a very lonely thing to be a Muslim in the current scenario of the world. 

Maqsood Mehmood Ali, better known as, Lucky Ali gained fame in the late 90s-early 20s with songs like Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, O Sanam, and Kitni Haseen Zindagi. Earlier this afternoon, the singer-songwriter took to his X (formerly: Twitter) and wrote, “It’s a lonely thing to be a Muslim in the World today. Its a lonely thing to follow the sunnah of the Prophet, your friends will leave you, the world will call you a terrorist….”

For whatever it’s worth, coming from a nobody like me, you are a legend and always will be. And every good person is a good person. Period. Doesn’t matter if he is lucky Ali or lucky Sharma.
