Kangana Ranaut Is Ready To Fight With Supreme Court To Release ‘UNCUT VERSION’ Of Emergency

The actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut talked about her film Emergency in a recent podcast interview. As the CBFC demanded of more cuts and edits to be made before the final release, Kangana has showed extreme distress on the issue.

Followed by numerous controversies and question marks, Kangana Ranaut’s much awaited film Emergency is yet to seek clarification from the Censor Board. As the film no more marks September 6th as its release date, the actor-producer of the film Kangana Ranaut has opened up about her thoughts on the cuts the film will receive.

In a recent podcast with Shubhankar Mishra, actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut talked about her film Emergency. As the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) demanded of more cuts and edits to be made before the final release, Kangana has showed extreme distress on the issue. However, the zealous actress turns out to be adamant on releasing the complete movie only. Kangana said, “I am determined to release an uncut version of the film aur mai uncut hi release karungi.” The BJP leader claimed that she is ready to fight with the supreme court but she cannot show the falsified factors behind Indira Gandhi’s death.

When Mishra further asked her about how she feels on receiving so much of hate comments, Kangana said she was not expecting that she would be targeted at this level for the film Emergency. She further reveals of making this movie by onboarding four major historians, who had a major part during the Emergency situation.

Further, on Shubhankar comparing the criticism with the backlash recevied by Netflix release, ‘IC814 : The Kandahar Hijack’ ,Kangana said the social media users are given the privilege to say anything and do anything, which leads to such harsh comments and threats piling up online. Government should take such actions into consideration is what the Emergency actor felt, only then will these come to an end.
