Sana Sayyad is all set to get hitched in matrimony with her beau Imaad Shamsi on 25th June in this month and in a recent interview with a leading digital entertainment portal, the Divya Drishti actress opens up on her wedding ceremony and also spoke about the important details as well.
Wedding bells are about to ring in for TV actress Sana Sayyad is all set and ready to marry her beau Imaad Shamsi, an entrepreneur on 25th June. Both Sana and Imaad have known each other since their college days and also Sana told how both her and Imaad have known each other since past 8 years and also opened up on how Imaad and her started meeting after her show Lockdown Ki Lovestory ended.
Speaking about how she and Imaad then developed a liking for each other and things worked out in between their families really smoothly and opened up on her much awaited wedding ceremony and other pivotal details.
In her latest interview, she revealed that how they zeroed and locked on the wedding date soon after her father who is in Merchant Navy came home from work and sharing about this, she said, “We had initially planned to tie the knot in February next year. We wanted our families to meet and give us their blessings. While I had met Imaad’s family, I was waiting for my dad to return home and meet him”, also saying that both Imaad and her dad have become really close.
Opening up on the wedding day, Sana adds, “Both Imaad and I don’t fancy a lavish wedding. I always wanted an intimate ceremony or a court marriage. So, we decided that if that was the case, then we should get married soon rather than pushing it to next year, as my dad would be leaving for his work to return only after 10 months”.
Sana shared that her Mehendi ceremony is on 23rd June and the Haldi ceremony is going to be held tomorrow and speaking about this, she shares, “The mehendi ceremony is on June 23 and an intimate nikah ceremony is on June 25. We have invited only a limited number of guests so far, which include our families and close friends”.
She also added, “The walima is going to be a low-key affair at Imaad’s residence. We will have dinner with just our immediate families in attendance”.
Speaking about what made her fall heads over heels in love with Imaad, Sana said, “Imaad has always been a very nice, shy, and humble guy. And also very handsome (smiles)! He is more like a friend and very cooperative. I found his simplicity and innocence attractive. What binds us together is the fact that we are both close to our families and career-oriented. We admire that about each other”.
The actress also shared that her soon to be husband and beau always pushes and motivates her to work also mentioning about how Imaad is more of a friend compared to being a partner since he is someone in whom she can confide in and is definitely the one who she really loves and adores a lot.
