At the event, Jasleen was seen wearing a black bodycon outfit. Unfortunately, she faced an unexpected wardrobe malfunction. However, she swiftly managed to cover her dress with her hands, preventing any skin-show incidents from happening.
The incident quickly went viral on social media, where some users started trolling Jasleen for her choice of attire. One user commented, “Where has Indian culture gone for these people? Every heroine and singer wear clothes with less fabric.” Another user criticized her dress quality, saying, “What kind of dress is she wearing? She always wears such cheap-quality outfits.”
Regarding her relationship with Anup Jalota, there were rumors that she was his girlfriend. However, both Jasleen and Anup clarified that their connection was more of a student-teacher relationship.
Jasleen had previously revealed that she was dating Dr. Abhijit Gupta, a doctor based in Bhopal. Anup introduced her to Abhijit, as the two families were acquainted. Jasleen explained that they dated virtually for three months before finally meeting in person. During an interview with India Today, she shared, “Anup ji introduced me to Abhinit. Anup ji and Abhinit’s father are friends. I was in Bhopal and back recently after staying there for 15 days. I met Abhinit and his family. We spent a good time in Bhopal. We could not go around much due to the lockdown but we had a lovely time. This was our first meeting but we’ve been talking over calls and video calls for three months. We even shot for a song in Bhopal.”
