CID fame Dinesh Phadnis popularly known for his role Fredericks in the popular TV series is currently on ventilator support. Recently, it was reported that Dinesh Phadnis was admitted to the hospital after suffering a cardiac arrest. However, his co-star Dayanand Shetty aka Daya, refuted the heart attack rumors and confirmed that the actor is unwell and is currently on ventilator support.
CID Actor Dinesh Phadnis On Ventilator
Dinesh Phadnis and Dayanand Shetty are good friends in real life. Following the reports and rumors about a heart attack, Dinesh Phadnis’s friend and co-actor Dayanand Shetty refuted the rumors and revealed that the actor is indeed hospitalized and on ventilator support, however, he didn’t suffer a cardiac arrest.
During his conversation with Indian Express, Dayanand Shetty aka Daya of CID, revealed that Dinesh Phadnis is currently hospitalized and is on a ventilator while the doctors are observing him. Dayanand Shetty also revealed that Dinesh had “not” suffered cardiac arrest but is receiving a different treatment and he won’t be commenting on it.
Reportedly, Dinesh Phadnis has been receiving treatment at Tunga Hospital in Mumbai. Many reports claimed that the actor is now doing slightly better than when he was admitted. Many rumors claim that many CID actors have already paid him a visit post the news of his hospitalization.
For the unversed, Dinesh Phadnis rose to fame after he appeared in the television crime series, CID. His character Fredericks was loved by the audience and was appreciated by many. Apart from CID, Dinesh has also appeared in the popular show, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Apart from this he also played supporting roles in movies like Super 30 and Sarfarosh.
