Anupam Mittal Reacts Claims of Shark Tank Being Scripted: Shark Tank India, known as one of the first business-based reality shows on Indian television, enjoys a huge fan following. Currently, the show has been in controversy since a Twitterati named Anomol Sharma took the internet by storm when he exposed the delayed funding scam run by the judges of the reality show. He claims the show’s producer says that rather than helping new businesses stand on their feet, the show is more beneficial for the sharks than the TV channel it airs, as he alleged in a series of tweets.
Now, weeks after a tweet went viral, Anupam Mittal has reacted to the shocking allegations that have been made against the show, including that it is scripted, to a delayed funding scam, and many more.
He took to his Instagram handle and posted a creative image of a shark being surrounded by barking dogs. The title of the show is written in the image. “Bark Tank Is Streaming Now.”
He compared them with the dog—those who are complaining about the show, with the caption, “First it was ‘Sharks do not invest their own money”, then, “Oh, the show is scripted” and later ‘Sharks only fund profitable startups” Latest is – ‘Sharks don’t actually invest’. Ab next kya hoga?”
He added, “kuch bolo toh tommy, kuch na bolo toh bhi doggie ?… It’s a fact.”
