Señorita singer Shawn Mendes has become so popular with his songs and also he was dating his co-singer Camila Cabello. The singer was recently supposed to go on a world tour but he halted his trip for some mental peace. He made the decision to cancel his Wonder tour last year to focus on his mental health.
“The process was very difficult. I did a lot of therapy, a lot of trying to understand how I felt and what made me feel that way,” he told the Wall Street Journal. “And then do the work to help and heal myself. And also lean on the people in my life to give me a little help.
Mendes continued, “It’s been a lot of work, but I think the last year and a half has been the most enlightening, growing, beautiful, and just healing of my life. I am also very grateful for all the people who were so caring, loving, kind, and understanding. It has really shown him how the culture is really starting to get to a place where mental health is really becoming a priority.”

In July 2022, Mendes released a statement saying he was canceling his tour to focus on himself. “I’ve had to reschedule shows for the past few weeks as I wasn’t fully prepared for the expense it would take to get back on the road,” the statement said. “I started this tour with the excitement of finally playing life again after a long hiatus due to the pandemic, but I was really unprepared for how difficult it would be to tour after this hiatus.
After speaking more with my team and working with an incredible group of healthcare professionals, I became more aware of the need to take the time that I personally never took to ground myself and come back stronger. Unfortunately, I have to cancel the rest of the tour dates.”
