Liam Hemsworth’s Girlfriend Gabriella Brooks Shares Her Workout Secrets

Gabriella Brooks shared that she does reformer Pilates two to three times a week and enjoys going on gentle walks.

Gabriella Brooks is dedicated to her workout routine and, she proved this as she flaunted her toned abs on the cover of this month’s Australian Women’s Health magazine. The 25-year-old model looked sensational as she displayed her incredible figure in floral lingerie. Gabriella’s long locks were left out in a beachy wave and she beamed as she relaxed and posed on the sand.

During the interview, the model unveiled her workout secrets. Gabriella said that she does reformer Pilates two to three times a week and enjoys going on gentle walks. Gabriella stated, “I love reformer Pilates, it’s the best thing I’ve found for my body. I find that it’s kind of meditative when I do it.” She further said, “I like to do reformer two to three times a week. That makes me feel great. And on the days I’m not doing it, I don’t feel like I need to exercise but if I do, it is just something like a gentle walk.”

However, the revelation comes after Gabriella recently said in a statement that she is thrilled to be the new face of Seafolly swimwear, and has worn the label for as long as she can remember. “Growing up on the beach, I’ve worn Seafolly every summer for as long as I can remember,” she began.
