Kim Kardashian’s Intense Workout Session: Says She’s Training For Life While Sister Khloé Records

Kim Kardashian, the SKIMS founder at 43, recently showcased her commitment to fitness in a captivating Instagram Story. Dressed in an all-black workout set, she flaunted her back muscles while engaging in deadlifts, all while sister Khloé enthusiastically cheered her on from behind the camera.

“Workouts w @khloehardashian really do it for me,” Kim captioned across the screen, highlighting the motivation she derives from workout sessions with her sister.

In the video, Khloé, who is 39 years old, films Kim working out. She looks surprised and says, “Oh my god,” and then says it again. Khloé then asks Kim why she’s exercising, and Kim says, “For life.” But Khloé jokes, “Maybe for the Olympics!” It seems like she admires how seriously Kim takes her workouts.

The lighthearted banter continues as Khloé pans the camera to showcase Kim’s impressive form, jokingly expressing, “Holy f–k, you’re gonna f–k me up later!”

This glimpse into Kim’s fitness routine follows a recent family ski trip shared by Kim and Khloé. The sisters embarked on a 48-hour “last-minute” excursion to Utah with their children. Kim excitedly shared moments from the trip on social media, including True’s, Khloé’s 5 ½-year-old daughter, first experience skiing at Deer Valley for New Year’s Eve. The photos captured the joyous faces of the children playing in the snow, creating cherished memories for the family.

Khloé also posted snapshots on Instagram featuring herself with True and her 17-month-old son, Tatum, bundled up for the chilly weather, encapsulating the warmth and happiness of their winter adventure.
