Chrissy Teigen Suffers Miscarriage: The Couple Lost Their Unborn Baby Boy Jack Due To “Excessive Bleeding.”

Chrissy Teigen and her partner, John Legend, after suffering a miscarriage, are “shocked” and in “deep pain.”

During her pregnancy period, the model and TV personality was admitted to a hospital suffering from heavy bleeding and kept updated to her fans that she and the baby were well.

Teigen, 34, has now revealed the heartbreaking news that she had a miscarriage, writing in a social media post.

Teigen was placed on bed rest in September and subsequently admitted because of excessive bleeding. On Sept. 29, after undergoing blood transfusions, she mentioned one “scary morning” when she suffered a ″huge blood clot.″

On Sept. 24, sharing the child’s ultrasound, Teigen congratulated him for “working so hard,” writing at the time: ″Hi my sweet strong boy. You are working so hard, I promise it’ll be worth it!!!” 

The parents announced the surprising pregnancy back in August as part of Legend’s “Wild” music video, with a source telling Viewers at the time that Teigen ″never thought it would be possible for Chrissy to get pregnant naturally″  and calling the pregnancy a “miracle.”

Another source said that when she found out about the birth, Teigen, who was expressive on how she already underwent in vitro fertilization to conceive her two children, was “pretty shocked.”

Teigen said her placenta is “super weak,” talking about the pregnancy issues that lead to her bed rest in September, resulting her to bleed, which she said was “high-risk.”

″It’s always been kind of the bad part of my pregnancies with Luna,″ she said. ″With Miles, it just stopped feeding him. It stopped taking care of him. I was stealing all his food because I was getting huge but he wasn’t getting big at all, so he had to come out early and Luna had to come out early. I was induced both times.”

Legend has previously opened up to a news portal about his ambition as a man that is to be a “rock” for Teigen. ″Being a good husband is about communicating and listening to what your partner needs and wants,″ he shared in November 2019. ″A lot of it is being trustworthy, being dependable, being someone they can rely on. They want security and to know someone has their back. Hopefully, I do that for Chrissy.”

Legend further clarified how being parents enhanced the bond of the pair. Meanwhile in 2013, the pair tied the knot.

″[Parenthood] deepens your love for your partner because you see them in a different light going through, in our case, the trouble of actually having a kid,” he added. “Then Chrissy’s going through postpartum depression. You just see different sides of that person, and if you go through it and you learn from it and you come out the other end better for it, then it deepens and strengthens your relationship.”

As Chrissy said, “On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out. But we will hug and love each other harder and get through it, “ we totally believe the couple will overcome the pain and hope the best for Chrissy and Legend.
