Child artist Harshaali Malhotra became an overnight sensation in the year 2015 when Salman Khan’s film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ released in theatres. The little girl was seen in a leading role in the film. She played the role of Shahida also known as ‘Munni’, a mute Pakistani Muslim girl who gets lost in India and travels back to her homeland with the help of an Indian man named Pavan played by Salman Khan.
Her performance was critically acclaimed and she bagged many awards and nominations at prestigious award functions. After 6 years of ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’, Salman Khan has announced its sequel. And therefore, people are reminded of the little Munni who won everybody’s hearts in the 2015 film.
Well, Harshaali turned a teenager this year. She celebrated her 13th birthday on June 3 and shared several videos and photos on Instagram.
Before Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Harshaali worked in Television shows Qubool Hai, Laut Aao Trisha and Savdhaan India. However, after doing Salman Khan’s film, she has not taken up any project. The young girl is quite famous on Instagram. She has about 1.6 million followers on the app. Since she is a teenager, her account is managed by her mother Kajal Malhotra.
Harshaali is currently living in Mumbai and focusing on her studies. But we often get a glimpse of her pictures and dance videos on Instagram.
