We all are big fans of Salman Khan’s 2015 film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ which is a heartwarming tale of an Indian man and a 6-year-old mute Pakistani girl. The film received wide acclaim from critics who praised the storyline, dialogues, music, cinematography, performances and direction. It also turned out to be a huge commercial success. And now, Salman Khan has just confirmed its sequel.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2 Confirmed:
On 19 Dec 2021, Salman Khan attended an event to support SS Rajamouli’s upcoming directorial RRR that stars Jr. NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn. During the event, Salman spoke about how Bajrangi Bhaijaan is one of the best films of his career and thanked SS Rajamouli’s father K.V. Vijayendra Prasad for the same.
Karan Johar, the host of the event then asked, “So can we say, this is the official announcement of the film?” To which, Salman responded, “Yes, Karan”.

The sequel will be written by K. V. Vijayendra Prasad, who also wrote the original film.
The film will star Salman Khan in the lead role. It is expected that Salman will also be producing the film, just like the 2015 film.
The film is currently in the pre-production stage as the script is being finalised. We can expect the film to go on floors in 2022 after Salman wraps up the shooting of Tiger 3.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan is expected to release in 2023.
