The recently released movie which is rocking at the box office during Diwali, Tiger 3, has set a record for Salman Khan. Tiger 3 is released on 12th November and has Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles. Yash Raj Films’ present Tiger 3 has already hyped at another level that it had already collected Rs. 12 crore through advanced bookings.
Tiger 3 first day box office collection recorded Rs. 44.50 crore in all languages as per Sacnilk. And within that, this movie became the biggest opener of Salman Khan’s career. The highest collection is noted in Mumbai, while Delhi, Pune and Bengaluru recorded pretty good collections. Tiger 3 became the movie which collected the highest amount during the Diwali festival season.
But Tiger 3 failed to cross the collection of Jawan. Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan being the most famous Bollywood actors, there is a huge chunk of people who follow them . But still, Salman’s Tiger 3 could not beat SRK’s Jawan.
Jawan, released on September 7, recorded box office collection of Rs. 74.50 crore for day 1 across all India. And globally at the worldwide box office, the film collected over 129.06 crore. SRK’s Jawan has set a high record, making it the biggest opener film in Bollywood. Jawan made history in Indian Cinema by making such a huge box office collection. The Janmashtami holiday and the release of Jawan were a fantastic coincidence which helped Jawan to earn a high.
SRK’s Pathaan also earned very well. After that, Jawan and now the upcoming Dunki might create extra ordinary records.
