Tamil superhit romantic comedy ‘Love Today’, which turned out to be the most profitable Tamil film of 2022, is set to be remade in Hindi as per the latest report in Variety. The Hindi remake will be produced by Phantom Studios in association with its original producers AGS Entertainment.
Srishti Behl, who is the CEO of phantom Films confirmed the same to Variety.
Behl said: “This entertaining look at love in today’s technology-forward world is exactly the kind of authentic and provocative storytelling that Phantom Studios has always stood for. As we usher in a new era at Phantom Studios, we will continue to innovate with our stories and storytellers, creating engaging and relevant content for a diverse audience, delivered across platforms.”
Archana Kalpathi, Creative Producer AGS Entertainment, said they are excited to venture into Hindi markert with “Love Today” remake.

The Tamil rom-com, which is currently streaming on Netflix revolves around a man (Pradeep) and his lover Nikhita (Ivana), who are made to exchange their phones for a day by her father (Sathyaraj) before consenting to their marriage, and what transpires after that.
