Singham Fame Prakash Raj Provides Shelters To His Stranded Employees

On the occasion of his birthday, Singham fame actor Prakash Raj to his Twitter to share that he will be providing shelters to his employees who are stranded due to nationwide lockdown. Read below to know more.

Amidst the novel coronavirus outbreak in the country, the lockdown has been imposed to avoid the further spread of the virus. But due to the lockdown, many people have been stranded in the nation because of having no shelter.

Meanwhile, Singham fame actor Prakash Raj who celebrated his birthday yesterday took to announce sweet news. The actor, who is known for his bold statements and actions towards societal issues, announced that he is providing shelters to 11 of his employees in Chennai, Pondicherry and Khammam. The employees were stranded due to the nationwide lockdown.

Sharing the news on Twitter, the actor urged his fans and followers to help at least one person at this time of distress. He also added that it’s not only the government’s responsibility but everyone’s.

He tweeted, “On my birthday today ..I did this .gave shelter to 11 stranded workers from Pondichery..chennai.. Khammam.. it’s not just government s responsibility.. it’s ours too. #COVID2019 #21daylockdown #kuchKaronna .. let’s celebrate humanity .. let’s fight this united…” 

Not only Prakash Raj but many other celebrities also have done their bit to spread awareness about COVID-19. The B-Town celebs are urging everyone to stay at home and also sharing their quarantine routine on their social media platforms.

Talking about novel coronavirus in India, the country till now has confirmed nearly 700 cases infected due to the virus while 16 people have died.
