After mesmerizing the masses with his brilliant performance in the 2019 movie Uri: The Surgical Strike, actor Vicky Kaushal has been in talks for many projects. As of now, the versatile actor has a few ventures in his kitty among which is The Immortal Ashwatthama. The film is helmed by Aditya Dhar who also directed Vicky in Uri. The film is reportedly a superhero flick packed with action scenes. Meanwhile, hearsay suggests that Sara Ali Khan is reportedly gearing up to star opposite Vicky in The Immortal Ashwatthama.
As per the reports, the makers of the film were in talks to finalize the female lead for the movie. Now, they have allegedly found their leading lady in Sara Ali Khan who will star opposite Vicky. All of it is still speculation as neither of the two actors has addressed the rumours.
The sources close to the development reveal that Sara is yet to sign the dotted line. The actress allegedly will sign the film in the next fortnight. Speaking of her character in the movie, Sara will have an intriguing mythological background.
Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal has already begun shooting for the much-awaited movie. He has even learned Marshal arts and horse-riding to nail his character in the movie with perfection.
Well, if the rumours turn out to be true, it will be interesting to see Sara and Vicky share the screen space.
On the work front, Sara Ali Khan is gearing up for the release of her upcoming venture Coolie No.1. In the movie, she shares the screen space with Varun Dhawan.
Apart from this, she will also feature in Atrangi Re alongside Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.
Speaking of Vicky Kaushal, he also has Sardar Udham Singh safe in his kitty. The film is slated to release in 2022. After wrapping up the shoot for The Immortal Ashwatthama, he will start shooting for the same.
