Saif Ali Khan Hospitalised After Injury On The Set Of Devara, Kareena Kapoor By His Side

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has been admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital on January 22 after reportedly fracturing his shoulder and knee during the shooting of the film “Devara,” which stars Jr NTR. His wife, Kareena Kapoor, is said to be with him at the hospital, offering support during this challenging time, reported by Republic TV.

The incident occurred while filming for “Devara,” a movie directed by Koratala Siva and also featuring Janhvi Kapoor. The film is being produced in two parts, with the first installment scheduled for release on April 5th, 2024.

“Devara” unfolds against the backdrop of the coastal regions of India and has successfully completed its initial shooting phase in Goa, where Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor joined the sets. The first glimpse of the film, released on January 5, showcased Jr NTR in a fierce avatar, portraying intense scenes in a bloody sea, hinting at the film’s action-packed narrative.

The film, produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, boasts an ensemble cast including Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Murali Sharma, and Abhimanyu Singh in pivotal roles. Renowned music composer Anirudh Ravichander is helming the music department.

“Devara” is set to be released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada, catering to a diverse audience across regions. The film’s grand scale and captivating storyline have already created a buzz among cinema enthusiasts, eagerly awaiting its theatrical debut.
