Actor Saanand Verma has been entertaining the Indian audience with his role of ‘Anokhelal Saxena’ in &TV’s popular sitcom ‘Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai’. The talented actor has also worked in films like ‘Raid’, ‘Mardaani’, ‘Pataakha’ and ‘Chhichhore’. He also gained much fame with the Netflix series ‘Sacred Games’ and Alt Balaji show ‘Apharan’.

In this exclusive interview with Lehren, Saanand talked in length about his struggles before he gained fame. He recalled how he came to Mumbai with just Rs 100 and had no idea where to go and how to make a living. “I didn’t even have money to buy food,” said Saanand Verma as he recalled his emotional journey.
