Several Bollywood Celebrities, Including Govinda, Randeep Hooda, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Daisy Shah, Rashmi Desai, And Shefali Jariwala, Endorsed This Pakistan-Based App Through Video Clips.

Sourabh Chandrakar and Ravi Uppal, are involved in running a Kheloyar betting app in Pakistan. What’s interesting is that they had a partnership with Dawood Ibrahim’s D company and were conducting their business in Pakistan with D’s assistance, as reported by the Free Press Journal. What’s even more intriguing is that several top Bollywood celebrities were part of the promotions of the Kheloyar app.

According to reports, Dawood Ibrahim’s brother, Mustaqueem Ibrahim Kaskar, operated the app and oversaw the betting business in Pakistan, providing protection and logistical support to Chandrakar’s app.

Several Bollywood celebrities, including Govinda, Randeep Hooda, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Daisy Shah, Rashmi Desai, and Shefali Jariwala, endorsed this Pakistan-based app through video clips, as reported by the Free Press Journal.

Speaking of the Kheloyar app, it is similar to the Mahadev app, used for betting on various games like cricket, football, tennis, and casino games.

Earlier, actor Ranbir Kapoor was summoned in this case by the Enforcement Directorate. However, as per the ED lawyer, the actor requested a week’s time to appear.

Apart from Ranbir, many top celebrities like Huma Qureshi, Heena Khan, and many more are under the ED’s scrutiny.

Previously, it was reported that other betting apps lure Bollywood and television celebrities who have not yet achieved significant success in the industry and are seeking opportunities. They offer them 4 to 10 lakhs for endorsements and promotions, as reported by the Free Press Journal.

Recently, actress Kangana Ranaut criticized these celebrities for promoting such apps and mentioned that she had received similar offers, which she declined. She said, “This endorsement offer came to me almost six times over the course of a year, with each offer increasing by several crores, but I declined each time. Integrity is not just a matter of personal conscience anymore. This is the new India; adapt or be forced to adapt.”

Furthermore, the ED probe has revealed that these celebrities receive their payments in fees and through agents and hawala operators in cash.
